Professional Experience
- 2016/11 - Present English and History teacher
- International School in Beijing
- In the International School I am working at, the American Calvert English Literature course we teach is an online course marked by teachers in America and so we just design our own lesson plan to fit into its structure. The AP and Fairmont history courses however were based on a world history textbook given to me, so I was given full rein to design my own course, which of course I had to modify to suit the English level of the students. I have also taught elementary English grammar and speaking classes to the students during this time. I have also helped out with the primary school pupils when they needed temporary assistance teaching English and Social Science. My qualifications and preferences are however for high school or secondary school.
